Military court Judge, Major Toby Hart, was sworn in by President Reuven Rivlin at the President's Residence and in the presence of the President of the Military Court of Appeals, Maj. Gen. Doron Piles.
The President congratulated Major Toby Hart and his family on his appointment and wished the judge great success in fulfilling his duties.
