The State Prosecutor's Office has filed a petition with the Be'er Sheva District Court against the decision of the Prisons Service's parole board for the early release of an Israeli Arab who, along with a Palestinian Authority resident, was convicted of transporting the terrorists who carried out an attack at the Damascus Gate in Jerusalem last year.
Border Police officer Hadas Malka was killed in the attack.
