A man about the age of 59 was killed this morning in a head-on collision, involving three vehicles on Route 784 between the western Galilee city of Karmiel and Shorashim.
He was pronounced dead at the scene. Two lightly wounded victims were sent to hospital. The circumstances of the accident are still unclear and under investigation.
