The lawyers of the teenager who was involved in the hit-and-run accident in which Ari Nesher was killed, Ayalon Oren and Rafi Assadi were killed, issued a statement on Wednesday evening after the teenager was summoned by police for questioning under caution.
"The timing is puzzling. He has not yet been questioned, but in a preliminary conversation they appeared to be suspicious of him. It is not fair to place on the shoulders of the victim who walks with crutches, who lost a friend, the complexity of the electric bicycle phenomenon," the lawyers said.
