The Prime Minister's Office referred to the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) announcement on inspections conducted at Iran's nuclear sites.

"The IAEA referred to the tests carried out in various places in Iran, but it does not relate to the specific site that Prime Minister Netanyahu presented at-the UN. There is no reason to wait, the IAEA should inspect the site and send inspectors immediately with a Geiger counter, and the prime minister's words will be proved to be true," the statement said.

Sources in the Prime Minister's Office added that "contrary to the reports, there is no contradiction between the IAEA announcement and the prime minister's remarks at the UN." The IAEA gave a general statement without direct reference to the concrete information presented at the UN.
