Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu has instructed Yoav Horowitz, the acting director-general of his office, to examine with the Ministry of Transport, the Ministry of Public Safety and the Ministry of Justice what amendments and actions should be taken to increase the safety of electric-bicycle riders.
