Report: First Syrian rebel group pulls out of Idlib as part of deal

Reuters reported that the Syrian Human Rights Organizations reported that Philack A-Sham is the first rebel group to pull out of Idlib province after Russia and Turkey reached a deal to turn the province into a demilitarized zone to prevent a large-scale offensive by Loyalist and Russian troops.
