North Korean Foreign Minister Ri Yong Ho called on the United Nations General Assembly to stop the hostility towards Pyongyang if it is interested in peace and in discussing its nuclear program.
He said that the continued imposition of US sanctions on North Korea deepens his country's distrust of the White House, stressing that "without trust, North Korea will not dismantle first and unilaterally her nuclear weapons."
