MK Ahmad Tibi (Joint List) responded on Thursday to United States President Donald Trump's support for the two-state solution between Israel and the Palestinian Authority.
Referring to Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu as well during an interview with Israeli public radio, Tibi said, "This is not the first time that he has said this, but this time it was said next to a person who is told 'Palestinian state' and his blood pressure rises a lot. But there is no Palestinian state without eastern Jerusalem as its capital. He is still not in a place where he can be a fair mediator."
