Member of Knesset Motti Yogev (Jewish Home) has called for the elimination of Hamas leaders as a response to the ongoing launching of arson balloons and kites by Gaza terrorists.
Yogev said, "The policy of lack of appropriate response fractures tactical deterrence and undermines the defense force's obligation to protect the residents of the confrontation line in the Gaza vicinity." The Israel Defense Forces are required to protect the residents and communities surrounding the Gaza Strip and as part of the defense and the restoration of deterrence, senior Hamas figures must be eliminated and civilian rule should be allowed."
