Minister Yuval Steinitz called this morning for a review of a Jordanian-Palestinian Authority confederation as an alternative to the two-state Israel-PA solution, following United States President Donald Trump's remarks on the subject.
Interviewed by Israel Defense Forces Radio, Steinitz said, "The idea of a confederation is an idea that needs to be renewed. Right now, no Palestinian figure has the ability to rule alone."
