Leah and Simcha Goldin, the parents of soldier Hadar Goldin, whose remains are being held in Gaza by Hamas, along with the remains of soldier Oron Shaul and at least two living Israelis, said, Wednesday evening that they expect Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu, in his speech to the United Nations General Assembly, "to declare that the Israeli condition for an international arrangement in Gaza is the return of the sons first."
