US contract for Amos 8 satellite canceled

Haaretz reported that Spacom, an Israeli satellite operator has scrapped an agreement with the US-based Space Systems/Loral to build the Amos 8 advanced communications satellite as well as a launch agreement with Elon Musk's SpaceX.
