The Tel Aviv District Court on Thursday night issued a temporary injunction against construction work of the light rail in Bnei Brak on Shabbat. The injunction was issued following an urgent petition filed by the Municipality of Bnei Brak.
According to the order, work will not be allowed during Shabbat, except in cases where work is necessary to prevent injury to life and property.
