The Haifa District Attorney's Office filed an indictment on Thursday against Raja Muhammad Aghbaria, member of the secretariat of the High Monitoring Committee of the Arab Sector, charging him with incitement to terrorism and identification with a terrorist organization.
The charges relate to posts on Facebook between July 2017 and July 2018. The State Prosecutor's Office asked the court to order his detention until the end of legal proceedings against him.
