Islamic organizations are calling on the Muslim public and Israeli Arabs to increase their presence at the Al-Aqsa Mosque in Jerusalem's Old City in order to prevent Jews from visiting the Temple Mount. One of the organizations said prayers and ceremonies held by Jews in the "Al-Aqsa Mosque Plaza" on the occasion of Yom Kippur damaged the sanctity of the mosque.
