Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu on Tuesday afternoon spoke on the phone with Russian President Vladimir Putin and expressed his sorrow over the death of Russian soldiers in the downing of a Russian plane in Syria on Monday night.
Netanyahu told Putin that Syria was fully responsible for the downing of the Russian aircraft.
