Russia: Israel indirectly to blame for downing of Russian Jet

Reuters reported that Russia defense ministry has said that i holds Israel responsible for the downing of a Russian Il-20 reconnaissance aircraft as the plane was shot down accidentally by Syrian air-defenses during an attack by the Israeli air-force on Syrian targets.
