Deputy Defense Minister Rabbi Eli Ben Dahan (Jewish Home) responded to an attack on MK Moshe Gafni (United Torah Judaism) by extremist Haredim.
"The attack against my friend MK Gafni is shocking and outrageous. I would like to remind the assailants that the offenses between man and his fellow are not forgiven on Yom Kippur until one asks forgivness from his friend. You have to do real repentance, first and foremost to ask forgiveness from those you hurt, "Ben Dahan wrote.
