The Jerusalem District Court has ruled that Hamas will pay more than five million shekels to a person who was seriously wounded in a 1998 terror attack in Tel Aviv. In an unprecedented manner, Justice Moshe Drori relied in his judgment on a sentence that appears in the Nationality Law.
