Highway 70 is blocked in both directions between the Hatishbi Junction and the Haamakim Junction, due to concrete on the road from the collapse of a bridge under construction.
There were no casualties. Congestion is also reported on Highway 77. Police are directing traffic in the area and recommend alternate routes.
