Minister of Public Security Gilad Erdan and Deputy Finance Minister Itzik Cohen met today to discuss the issue of the addition of the "lack of job security" to police staff and retirees of the Israel Police and the Israel Prisons Service, under a cabinet decision..
At the end of the meeting it was agreed that professional teams headed by the deputy finance minister and the director -general of the Ministry of Public Security would hold further discussions in order to try to reach an agreement and bring it to the cabinet for approval.
