The plan is in advanced stages of planning and now that the municipality has approved it, the plan has been deposited with the district committee and if it passes without objections, it is expected to be launched in the coming months, according to Aryeh King, director of the Israel Land Fund and chairman of the city's Me'uchadim United Faction.
