Minister of Public Security Gilad Erdan (Likud) convened a press conference on Thursday afternoon, following his decision not to extend the term of police commissioner Roni Alsheikh, who will finish his term in December.
Minister Erdan said that there are three candidates for the position: Yoram Halevi, David Bitan and Moshe (Chico) Edri.
