Hamas has rejected an Egyptian proposal to hold a summit with Hezbollah in Cairo, according to Channel 10 Television.
Sources told the Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, "The refusal is intended to send a message to Egypt - we will not agree to delays and postponements in advancing the reconciliation agreement with Fatah."
