The school year that opened in the town of Itamar brought with it many students from the surrounding communities and for elementary school and high school. There was also an influx of yeshiva students from around the country.
The elementary school in the community consists of 260 students from Itamar and other communities such as Yitzhar, Kedumim, Givat Ronen, Tapuach, Har Bracha and Alon Moreh.
The "Arzim" yeshiva high school in the town opened this year with about 200 students in the yeshiva, including a new class of about 60 students, which is high growth compared to previous years.
At the post-high school yeshiva in Itamar, headed by Rabbi Yehoshua Van Dyke, this year it opened with about 200 students.
