The former head of the NSC, Yaakov Nagel, asked to resign from the committee for the appointment of senior officials, due to concerns about a conflict of interest.
Earlier today, Iris Stark announced her retirement from the committee, due to her election to the Israel Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
