In an interview with Army Radio Senior Fatah official, Ashraf al-Ajrmi attacked the US move to close the PLO delegation office in Washington DC saying:
"We have no problem with negotiations in general, as long as they are based on previous talks with Israel. Removing Jerusalem from the negotiation table is unacceptable. Even if Americans continue with the punitive measures, even if they start a war, it will not help anyone to advance peace."
