Lebanese newspaper Al-Akhbar, which is affiliated with Hezbollah, reports that two Syrian citizens were arrested in Lebanon for allegedly planning to kill officers and soldiers of the Lebanese army and carry out an attack in the Dahiya quarter, the Hezbollah stronghold in south Beirut.
According to the report, the two were influenced by videos posted online by ISIS.
