Amos Gilad, the former head of the Defense Ministry's Political-Military Affairs Bureau, believes that it will be almost impossible to return the bodies of Israeli soldiers held by Hamas.
Speaking at a conference of the Institute for Counter-Terrorism, the head of the Institute for Policy and Strategy said, "They will never return the bodies of the soldiers held in Gaza until the Israeli government meets baseless demands that apparently no government will accept."
