The Supreme Court is discussing a petition which seeks to disqualify Yaakov Nagel and Iris Stark from membership in the public-service-appointments committee.
Judge Meni Mazuz criticized the request during the hearing. "There is no problem with the authority of the prime minister to propose candidates to the committee, and the discussion is unnecessary."
