The Al-Quds Arabic newspaper reports that Hamas has allowed the organization's terrorists to return to launcing incendiary balloons from Gaza after the number dropped significantly recently.
The move was due to the mounting frustration in the terrorist organization following the cessation of contacts with Israel for a long-term calm in the area.
