Prime Minister Netanyahu instructed the Foreign Ministry to recall the Israeli ambassador in Paraguay after Paraguay announced that it had decided to return its embassy from Jerusalem to Tel Aviv.
"Israel views with great severity Paraguay's extraordinary decision to cloud relations between the two countries," the Foreign Ministry said in a statement.
