Police report that the shooting in Afula is criminal in nature and attempts are now being made to locate the suspects through checkpoints.
Three residents of the village of Shibli in their 20s were injured by gunfire from a vehicle at a business building on Harod Street in Afula.
One of the victims was seriously injured in the lower body and his condition remains unstable. The other two were moderately wounded and their condition is stable. Paramedics gave medical treatment to the wounded and evacuated them to the Ha'emek Hospital in the city.
