Land of Israel activists Itamar Ben-Gvir, Michael Ben-Ari, and Ben-Zion Gopstein are threatening to petition the Supreme Court against the new country club in Rahat if the deputy attorney general does not cancel the absolute separation between women and men at the country club's swimming pool, according to Israeli public radio.
They cited a Supreme Court ruling that did not allow the opening of a pool in Kiryat Arba without mixed bathing, and the deputy attorney general's not allowing a gender-separate Chabad event in Tel Aviv.
