Two owners of the Europanim company have been detained for questioning on suspicion of defrauding thousands of customers by selling airline tickets to Uman in Ukraine for Rosh Hashanah and canceling the transactions about a day before the flight.

Another suspect was arrested at Ben-Gurion Airport, trying to flee the country. The police suspect that the suspects held a communications contract with a person abroad and an airline company that operates flights between Israel and the Ukraine, in which more than 2,000 tickets worth more than $1.3 million were ordered.
