President Rodrigo Duterte of the Philippines toured the Yad Vashem Holocaust memorial institution in Jerusalem on Monday afternoon.
Duterte wrote in the guest book: "Never again. May the world learn the lesson from these dark and shocking events in human history. May the hearts of the people of the world remain open, and everyone learn to work together to give refuge to the persecuted."
