Police arrested a 57-year-old driver who was driving without a license and under the influence of alcohol.
The police reached Route 31 near Shoket Junction after the driver overturned with his vehicle. An examination revealed that the driver, who was not injured in the accident, does not have a driver's license and was also traveling under the influence of alcohol over four times the permitted amount.
