Shin Bet chief Nadav Argaman asked Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas in their recent meetings not to sabotage the current process in the Gaza Strip and to try to reach an arrangement. This was reported yesterday on Arutz 7.
An Israeli source said that Argaman has conducted talks with Abbas in recent months in Ramallah. During one of these meetings, Argaman told Abbas: "Do not waste this historic opportunity ." The Shin Bet said: "We don't discuss the Chiefs schedule ."
