A bomb blast killed one person and wounded 15 at an internet cafe in the mostly Christian southern Philippines city of Isulan on Sunday, according to Reuters.
No group claimed responsibility. Brigadier General Cirilito Sobejana told reporters, “Most likely it’s still the Bangsamoro Islamic Freedom Fighters.” The BIFF were also blamed for a blast on Tuesday about 500 meters away, which killed three people and wounded more than 30.
