The Regavim movement for preservation of state lands located a new road over the weekend that the Palestinian Authority has built in order to connect two illegal groups of illegal building in the Israel Defense Forces' Sefer Hamidbar training area, east of the southern Hevron Hills communities of Carmel and Ma'on.
