Transportation Minister Yisrael Katz said on Thursday that he drove from Yigal Allon Street in Tel Aviv to the entrance to Jerusalem in 35 minutes and of the Prime Minister's Office in 45 minutes at the legal speed limit following an upgrade of the Jerusalem-Tel Aviv Highway.
Writing on Twitter, he asked, "Remember all the black forecasts? Trave and enjoy! We will meet upon completion of the following projects.
