Hamas leader Khalil al-Hayah claims that Fatah and Palestinian Authority Chairman Mahmoud Abbas are those who insist on not lifting what the Arabs call the siege on Gaza.
He also said that his organization would be ready to stop the marches to the Gaza security fence and inflating the arson balloons in exchange for an arrangement with Israel.
