The Israel Antiquities Authority has given 10-year-old Itamar Barnea of Kibbutz Malkiya in the Golan Heights a certificate for good citizenship after his family submitted a figurine believed to be about 11,500 years old, which he had found two years earlier between Tel Kadesh and Nachal Dishon in the Upper Galilee.
