Justice Minister called Wednesday's Mitzpe Kramim ruling "a strategic win" in her first public remarks regarding the precedent-setting decision.
"The court accepted the state's position after the attorney general overturned his predecessor's position," said Shaked. "For three years now, I have been working in parallel with the Regulation of Administrative Regulation Law, and the Sisyphean Labor Party has taken its toll. This ruling adds to the development and growth of settlements."
