MK Michal Rozin (Meretz), a member of the Foreign Affairs and Defense Committee, attacked the ruling of the Jerusalem District Court in favour of Mitzpe Kramim: "The ruling of the Jerusalem District Court today serves as a shofar for the destructive ideology that Justice Minister Ayelet Shaked is promoting. "
"The ruling in favour of the Mitzpeh Kramim outpost today determines that the property rights of Palestinians are not equal to the property right of the Jews and that the government can arrange outposts as it pleases, even given that there are private owners of the land. I call on the Supreme Court to cancel this dangerous precedent. "
