MK Bezalel Smotrich said, in response to the ruling in favor of Mitzpeh Kramim, that it was "a small step, which gives great hope."
"The court's decision to apply the market regulation (clause 5) to Mitzpe Kramim is a knockout, an important step in the right direction, and I am pleased that common sense has increased, and following the decision, it will be possible to regulate a large part of the young towns in Judea and Samaria."
