The notes that were placed between the stones of the Western Wall of the Temple in Jerusalem during the months since Passover were removed today by the staff of the Western Wall Heritage Foundation and transferred to the Mount of Olives, where they will be buried together with holy books that are being transferred to geniza.
A periodic inspection of the stability of the stones of the Western Wall was also conducted, during which, levels of the wall were cleaned of various objects brought by birds, as well as loose stone parts and loose plaster between the stones.
