The Pentagon has warned Saudi Arabia that it would be willing to reduce military and intelligence support in the campaign against the Houthi rebels in Yemen if the Saudis did not prove they were trying to reduce the number of civilians killed in air strikes, according to CNN.
Human rights groups, members of Congress and the United Nations have recently expressed concern over the air strikes carried out by the Saudi-led Arab coalition in Yemen, in which civilians were killed.
