The committee of Leumi Card employees and the company's management reached understandings to end a labor dispute on Monday evening, with principles for a new collective agreement.
The five-year agreement provides job security and salary increments ranging from 3.25% to 3.75% per annum. In addition, a special budget was agreed upon that would allow for significant improvements in working conditions, including determining the minimum wage according to seniority, increasing the pension provisions of the employees, improving the terms of the training fund for service representatives and more. In addition, the employees will receive a sales grant totaling NIS 40 million.
